CNDLNYC proudly uses 100% organic soy wax for its signature candles.
Where do you offer candle making workshops?
CNDLNYC is offering classes in NYC and NJ. Please check back regularly on our workshop schedule for the available classes. If you want CNDLNYC to come to your location within the NYC and NJ areas, please contact us at contact@cndlnyc.com to arrange a workshop.

Do all candles have fragrances?
Yes! CNDLNYC has 11 signature scents and every candle has one of those 11 signature scents in it.
Are all vessels and trays handmade?
CNDLNYC produces all of its hand-crafted vessels and trays from scratch to finish.
Why does my room spray have oil sitting at the bottom?
All of our room sprays are made skin-friendly with harmless ingredients. They are room sprays, but are also used as a pillow mist, toilet sprays, or wardrobe sprays. Therefore, the mixture ratio allows the fragrance oil to sit at the bottom when not used. Please always shake the bottle very well before each use to get even distribution of our scented product in your favorite place!

We are working on making this happen! Currently, we are shipping only to the United States.
What is the processing time?
CNDLNYC wants all of our customers to be happy with our products. The processing time is 1-3 business days for all orders except wholesale orders. For any questions about the wholesale order, please reach us at contact@cndlnyc.com.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60! Shipping fee on orders less than $60 will be calculated during checkout.
