Always trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting to avoid any soot.
Let the candle burn for 3-4 hours on the first lighting on the recommended date - refer to the sticker on the packaging - to allow the wax pool to reach the jar edge. This will prevent your candle from tunneling.
Candles should not be burned for more than 4 hours at a time.
If necessary, fix a leaning wick by blowing the candle out and pushing the wick back into a vertical position.
Do not burn the candle with less than 1/4" of wax remaining.
Never leave a candle unattended.

When it comes to scents, I am really particular. I've tried a lot of diffusers, from high-end to low-end, but CNDLNYC has become my personal favorite. So far, I've tried Brooklyn (my all-time fave), Lavender-Bergamot, Peach Mandarin, Fresh Air, and Gardenia, and I loved them all. Gardenia room spray is very floral and is ideal for use after going #2 or after cooking a meal. Fresh Air room spray is perfect for use in your bedroom, especially before going to sleep. It has a very relaxing balance and can help you relax and fall asleep better.
